I know you wanted a new workout video. I know you wanted it to be fun, short & effective, modifiable and creative. So here it is… beginner friendly! I promise! It’s a little over 20 minutes and will get you feeling the burn and burning those calories. Work your core 2-3 times a week along with a clean diet and you’ll see AND FEEL results in your strength AND your waistline.
I may or may not have been told my “beginner” workout videos are too hard. I tried to make this one simple to follow while adding to the building blocks so you can develop the strength and flexibility that will help you progress. Let me know how I can help you.
