I’m pretty passionate and kinda obsessed with preventative wellness. My goal is to share workouts, recipes, and tips with you that will make a healthy lifestyle fun and sustainable.

What will be your legacy?
Find your passion. Don’t get so caught up in the little things in this world you lose sight of the important things. Is there something you’ve always wanted to do? An instrument you’ve never “had the time” to pick up, a hobby that you’re “too old” for, the little things that bring you peace and finding joy in the beauty of life and it’s diversity.
Because tomorrow isn’t a promise, and today may be all we have.
Love as if you’ve never been heartbroken. Live as a brother to your neighbor, as a friend to the lonely, as take time to be present in the moment, listen to people with an open mind, and live within your means. Prioritize experiences and people over material possessions. Do something once a week for someone else for no reason and expect nothing in return.
Be the lamplighter.
You know where the lamplighters have been by the trail of lights they leave behind. There’s darkness everywhere.
