Getting up early, movin and shakin! Monday morning, ho! I’m traveling for work today so things to remember about keeping healthy habits on the road:
1. no fast food
2. finding fun workouts to do in other cities/in hotels
3. making healthy choices in food and drink (no/minimum alcohol, healthy options for corporate lunches, water water water instead of soda, chase down your coffee with water to avoid dehydration… the list continues. A blog will be born of this short little rant…)
