Easy breezy protein pancakes

Yummy yummy yummy! When I’m over omelettes and egg tacos…. I whip up this quick concoction.

1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup banana (original recipe called for egg whites)
tsp vanilla extract
pinch of cinnamon

combine ingredients. heat cooking spray in a nonstick skillet and pour 1/4 cup batter to make 1 pancake. cook 2 min per side or until lightly brown. opt…serve with a tad of agave nectar and fresh berries.

These are a delicious and nutritious breakfast meal, est 260 calories, 3 g fat
