Toot and Boot it – a 45 min toning workout

WARM UP

LEGS:
-squats
-squats left-right
-squats heels up
-lunge-plie-lunge

ADD DUMBELLS
lunge – weights on shoulders
– hammer curl
– shoulder press

LUNGE with knee on ground, chest touching knee
-tricep kickback
-shoulder raise (out to side)

PLANK – LUNGE – ROW
-stay in plank, lunge left foot forward, bring back to plank, row left arm back. REPEAT. Reverse sides

ON KNEES
– lateral flys (elbows bent 90 degrees)
– military press
– combine both into singles

– front shoulder rows
– chest presses
– combine both for singles

WALL SIT
– bicep curls
– hammer curls

CALVES (on wall)
– feet front
– toes pointed in
– toes pointed out
– feet facing forward

ON MAT
– glute raise (option with weights)
– bridge press (stay in bridge position while adding chest press with weights)

CORE
– boat pose
– planks
– push ups
